Custom made baseball jerseys...
 

For Christmas I want to give my roommate a custom baseball jersey with my "pet name" for her on the back. Something like the Lightspeed jerseys, I don't want to spend more than $100. I want something good quality that will hold up, but the cheaper the better.

Any ideas where I could get this made up? Any place online do this?
