copyrighting a website?
Just wanted to know, does just putting copyright 2003 abc-company for example cover you when copyrighting a website? or is there a place you can go and have it copyrighted? if so you know of any urls?

A website is like a house.
If you build it and paid for the materials, it's legally yours. If someone comes and steals some bricks from your house you can sue him, same with pictures, logos, etc. no special papers or signs needed. Man.. what a bunch of crap :Graucho |
Make a copy of your site on 2 disks. Seal them in seperate envelopes and mail them to yourself. DO NOT open them when you get them back. If you ever need to prove copyright, you'll have the sealed & dated evidence right there without the need for a copyright lawyer.
