btw... [email protected] is Norm Bentley's e-mail. Norm is the owner of Matrix Content. He is the one who is ultimately responsible for the behavior of the company.

If you're pissed about the way this company has handled their business... that is the place to e-mail him!!!

Matrix settled with Acacia. Shortly thereafter, many people who did business with Matrix got threatening letters from Acacia, including several who said they gave unique contact information to Acacia (e.g. mis-spelled contact info, or who had no other contact with the adult industry than a one-time inquiry with Matrix). This caused most people who read the accusations to feel that Matrix's customer database had been used by Acacia. Matrix denied giving it to them voluntarily, and refused to act on the possibility that it was used involuntarily unless something like two dozen webmasters provided irrefutable proof via a phone call, a condition which was impossible to meet.
