Refreshing a link after a page has been loaded for a set time?
 
Possible?

Can you change text etc. on a page that has already been loaded without using frames?

you could always just meta refresh it to another page, setup multiple index pages and rotate them

Yea it wouldn't work on this one because there is a flash on the page that would restart when refreshed. :(
