Best digital camcorder?
 

I figger a few of you out here have invested in a couple toys for yourselves (for business, pleasure and/or both)... I'm looking to pick up a digital camcorder for myself for Xmas. Any recommendations? What's the best one out there?

It all depends on what kind of shit your going to be shooting. I shoot porn with the Sony DCR-VX2000 and fucking love it. Great for lw light shooting so you do not have to rig a ton of lights.

I have the new Sony VX2100 on order. It is supposed to be delivered December 12th. It is a minor upgrade to the VX2000. Zoom on the handle like the GL2. 1 Lux as opposed to 2 lux with the VX2000. It is a little bigger but it looks better if you ask me.

If you want to shoot more than just porn, check out the XL1s by Canon. Great camera for non-porn and fucking around.
