met him in gas station and i was all dressed up. Out of nowhere he made a comment that he liked my tie so i said thanks ...

he asked my line of work and i said i do mortgages. He goes on about how its such a coincidence, and he may know someone looking for one!

I left him my cell number and he gave me his card, i quickly threw it away.

2 days later this dude wants to meet up to discuss this friend of his thats looking for a mortgage, so i agree to meet at the diner.

It was a quick "let me have my friend call you ..." and out came his briefcase!! Filled with papers and books promoting some program looks like a scam.

i stayed only long enough to learn that to make money with this thing, you get people to join under you and then have some meetings to make them buy everyday stuff like toiletpaper, toothpaste, etc. all from a catalogue!

The people under you make purchases, and you get like a tiered commission defaulted in points that you can either use for your own merchandise from the book, or cash in for some cash.

Sounded like a pure scam and i realized he only wanted to trap me into this meeting to discuss this.. so i quickly up and left.

3 more times he called me looking to get me signed up, i ended up cursing him out!!

imagine he does this shit all day long? Hang out in public places and meets people to spam this shit to?

I was into amway for two years.. and then something called 'quikstar' or something like that which was the online version of Amway that was going to change the world!!!!

Fucking cult is what it is... They pray upon the desperate to get you in, and they send you to these fucking pep-rally meetings all time at exactly the perfect time when you are about to realise what a crock of shit it is... I think they probably have it down to an art..
In exactly 7.8 days someone who starts will loose interest because it is a fucking load of bull and quit.. so that means we have to have a meeting every 7 days on average, get them all pumped up, fly in some 'millionaire' to show them how easy it is, and then let them go for another week on their own.. After 3 weeks, this technique begins to loose its affect, so we couple it with forcing them to read books on amway for 3 hours a day plus the meetings every 7 days.. after 4.2 weeks this begins to loose effect so then we force them to listen to these stupid fucking motivational tapes 24 hours a day(seriously most amway people sleep with this stuff playing) which is like making them live their life in a motivational meeting..
IT is so fucking pathetic and no one I ever knew made any money, but they were all walking around like their first million was days away.. If these guys would spend the same time submitting galleries as they did going out and pissing people off they might actually make something..
Oh, yea they are pretty much ALL christian as well and will throw in the power of god at every opportunity..

oh well at least 4-10 people are making killier coin off of this network of about 2 million suckers.. I say kudos for them, they pretty much started a church of their own,which as we all know is the biggest money making scam ever invented...

I know a guy who knows a guy whos friend joined up with amway and moved to the phillipines. He was the first to bring amway there so he basically got to the top of the pyramid and made a fucking KILLING.

Guy has balls, sounds like with a little direction would make a great asset!

because if he knows someone looking for a mortgage and puts it through me ... i dont personally do it anymore but i can walk it into my friend and get a 50% finders fee.

deals (depending on tons of things) can bring in anywhere from $100 to $15k each, so 50% would be a nice find.
