Spam is one thing, but the fact that it costs some people $0.05 to recieve an incoming text message means shit will go down for this.

BTW my uncle once asked me if I had an SMS spammer he could use to promote his local business. I said I have one, but it's only for malicious use against other people, and that cell phone bulking would be an FCC nightmare.
