My 1st design
My hubby wanted to teach me how to use adobe on night and I came up with this design. I've only been using the program for about 3 weeks now so bare with me lol.
All the pics on the site are going to be changed to better quality ones. Some text will change and size of it too. I am not done yet but I want to keep it clean and simple. http://www.twistedbydesigns.com/jsmainpage.jpg http://www.twistedbydesigns.com/jstour2.jpg http://www.twistedbydesigns.com/jsfreesamplepage.jpg Yes I know some words are not spelt correctly and words have merged into other words lol |
good now all you have to do is learn how to become a webmaster and you have all areas covered, then ya dump him and keep all the money for yourself.

very good for 3 weeks of using photoshop.... just one thing, on the second graphic the chick looks like she's been resized horizontally and is squished. other than that, great work for your time put in.

Don't know if this is going to sell well but I figured why not give it a shot. I made it myself which I personally think is better because it gives a real feel of who I am and what I like etc... |
:thumbsup

It looks really good for the type of site you have. A potential buyer will probably think you did the design yourself, and it looks professional enough to get them to buy.
:thumbsup |

My hubby machinegunkelly can do it but it doesn't give it that... "me" feel to it. Plus his designs look professional and thats not what I was looking for. I wanted something amaturish...real amature. Thanks btw :) |
Pretty nice for your first try! Keep it up :)
|
you did a really good job on the design! :thumbsup
|
It sure does beat the hell out of that Neon Pink design we saw last week - the one that burnt my rods and cones to hell!
Nice design - good composition. If you've only been using Photoshop for 3 weeks and was able to accomplish that then you are indeed above 99.99% of the population. Kudos! The only thing missing is a free membership for your GFY board friends. :Graucho |

Select one of the squares you have behind the thumbnail pics, so that it is selected in the layers window. Now right click on that layer in the layers window and select blending options, that will open up a window. Click on colour overlay, dont just tick it, click on the word Colour Overlay and then select a new colour, this will change the colour of the square. Now click on New Style and name this "thumbnail rollover", click ok to go back to the Blending Options window and then press cancel which will return your square to the original colour. Now, in the styles window click the arrow at the top right and select Save Styles. Next, at the bottom of your toolbar (where all the tools are.. hehe) click the bottom rectangular button that says something like load into Image Ready. This will open a new program. Now in Image Ready select the square and then in the Rollovers window near the bottom click the icon that says something like Make quick rollover. Then go to the styles window and load the styles you earlier saved in Photoshop and click on the "thumbnail rollover". Do these same steps for all the squares, that is: select square, click make new rollover and then click the "thumbnail rollover" style.
Once you think you've done them all click File, Save to web, thus generating an html file. Preview this file in Internet Explorer and you'll see that when you hover the mouse over the images they change colour. Get them all done before your husband comes back from work so that when he does you can show him what you learnt and he'll be well impressed.. then lick his asshole whilst giving him a good hard wank.. Should be enough to get a good christmas present :thumbsup You'll be well in his good books Okay I'm done :glugglug |
Very nice desing dude! just change the typo (font) from your text and it will be MUCHHHHHHHHHHHH better!
Nice one! :thumbsup |

He works at home so he sees all :Graucho And he's already impressed by my work thus far :) And I'm already getting a great christmas gift without doing all that hehe |
