I hate fucking banks!!!!
 

I fucking deposited a check on 12th, they credited half the check on the 13th, then on the 14th, they took the credit out, and said that it was on hold til the 18th! Then on then on the 17th I called again, they told me it was on hold til the 26th, on the 20th I emailed them and they changed it to the 28th, then today, I called and they said the 26th again!

I just want a fucking date the check is going to go in my account! What the fuck, give me a date in the future, but not the 18th, then some other date then another date. Give me ONE and if it goes in early I'll think good of you! I guess that's what you get for banking with Wells Fargo! Fuck Wells!

My checks go in right away. You just need a line of credit with your bank or enough money in savings that they don't feel a need to place a hold on them.

This is the first check ever that has been on hold in three years! And it wasn't that big either!

Exactly put a good sum in your bank account and you'll never have problems cashing them.

The only time they hold my checks is sometimes a client drafts a credit card check for like 2 grand or something. Then, usually it's only the first time.

I guess that's what I get for banking at a place who has only 5 employees :)

Maybe it's just OC. How much money is in your account doesn't seem to matter much there. The tellers are all 18 and the manager is usually a warden type.

Yea they said it was probably cuz it was the first time I deposit a a check from a different bank I haven't used before and they are unsure if it would be paid.

But the fact that they gave me 3 fucking dates, pissed me off! :feels-hot I would've been cool if they just said, yes it will be released on the 28th! I would've totally been cool!

Seriously, there are enough webmasters, affiliates, porn stars, photographers, magazine publishers, video retailers, and video producers to warrant it. Hell, there are more people in the industry than there are at Boeing, and they have one. A small branch in the San Fernando Valley with heavy phone support would do it.

I think it would do good, but there are a lot of people in the adult business that like to fuck over people so, who knows!

Try JP Morgan Chase bank, they don't put holds on checks deposited into business accounts.

But why does it matter if a check is on hold? They could put a check on hold for 3 months and it wouldn't matter unless you didn't have enough cash in the bank to pay your bills.

Don't live paycheck to paycheck...keep a few thousand extra in checking and you'll be fine.

I have extra put aside, and I don't have a problem with it on hold, I just don't like when people tell me one thing and then another thing. If they would've told me originally that it would be on hold for 3 weeks I wouldn't have a problem! It's like tell you employer or your employee saying, yes this project will be be done on the 18th, and it isn't done til the 26th, because he didn't give himself enough time! That is my only rant, ya know!

Wells fargo sucks big time.

Last week, I tried to connect them with my MS money software, then I saw they charge for it, action abondoned. 1 month later, I found they still charged me, worst thing is this charge caused my checking account over draw. Then I was charged "OD" everyday!

I wrote to them explaining what's going on, they kept sending me pre formatted letter:



blah, blah.

I even called them to explain, no avail.

Then I filed a complaint to BBB and forwarded to WF. Within an hour, I got this email:

I actually was paying for the bill pay service for like 12 months and never used it, and just cancelled the fucker! They actually refunded my money for the previous month, I was fully surprised!

Still, I think they are the worst bank I used so far.

Irony is they think they are the 2nd best in something like customer satisfaction. That's what the recruiter who went to our school said, and that's part of the reason I started bank with them. :BangBang:

After 2 years they tried holding a $400 check once. I told them to close my account. Suddenly the check was fine.
