Epoch last week, anyone else see a spike in CB's?
 

Epoch seems to process Chargebacks in batches. Anyone else see a lot more last week than usual?

Yep we also got hit with a huge influx of cb's last week.

Not true.

Barring any technical glitches that prevents our acquirer from delivering our chargeback file on a timely basis, all of our chargebacks are automatically processed and applied back to the client on the same day that we receive the file from our acquirer.

There may be a small % (like 0.5%) that we may have to apply manually. Manual applies are done either on the same day that we receive the file or a day or two later.
