What would it take to get your traffic???

What about a new sponsor would convince you to give them a try. Don't say conversion ratios becuase you won't know those until after you try them. Is it rewards? Site design? Payout structure? Something else?

What would really make you want to try a new sponsor?

If they have a site or sites that are different in some way, not "cookie cutter", that have some sort of interesting 'hook' to them..... those are the programs I look for.

the design of the sponsors website has a big impact on weather i use them or not. it has to look like they put some money into it.:2 cents:

Dear GoGo,

Site design and conversions like you said are a 'gimmeh'

what really does it for a lot I'm gonna bet is other webmasters that they know talking about it...

and talking about it leads back to design and conversion...

into the circle we go...round and round ;-)

oh, and the other gimmeh is the payout has to be 'competitive'

Personally I couldn't care less about the design of the sponsor's site. I've sent traffic to sponsors that had pretty basic crappy program sites, but their pay sites got signups. What matters most to me are two things..... does their sites pull signups, and will I get paid. (and will I get paid on time).

That's the bottom line for me.

This deserves quoting because there is wisdom in the words. Stop it with this plugin-based, mass-market bullshit. Your sites should not look like everyone else's sites and if you have 50 sites in your portfolio they shouldn't look like each other, either. Stop sharing content, designs and plugins.

Also, "We shoot our own content," means precisely squat when your content or sites look just like everyone else's.

Unique sites would be tops...paying a bonus for reaching a sign-up level never hurts but if the sites aren't any good I won't bother in the first place.
