Does anyone know if a dedicated server plan includes: cgi-bin, mysql databases, pop mail and all the standard shit by default or do you need to pay extra for this stuff?

I can't reach a sales rep at this time.

I don't know shit about servers, I need it all done for me. If I want a cgi-bin do they set it up or they will tell me to do it myself?
