Georgia's corrupt president stepped down
 

ah, just saw it on CNN, the Georgian president Shevardnadze has stepped down. YES

He was corrupt and rigged the last elections.

A peacefull revolution ... yiah the army probably wasn't behind him anymore, so no violence, earlier this week he threatened to use the army.

Also the diplomatic intervention of Europe, the States,... might have helped to keep it peacefull.
