Justice Dept Coming After "Extreme Types of Porn"

They may get extreme associates, as reported on 60 Minutes.........but even that will be tough to accomplish due to this community standards deal.......

But it will be really tough for them to throw a blanket on other types of porn.............

The funny thing on "60 Minutes" was Ashhahahahaha throwing drapes over a topless Lady Justice With Scales statue in the fed. building.....

this is what kind of pathetic man he is.....to cover up terrific art like that..........recognized WORLDWIDE as art

Bansheelinks 11-23-2003 06:12 PM

and we all KNOW who Ashhahahahaha is.........

swedguy 11-23-2003 06:18 PM

As long as they don't touch bukkake.

Oracle Porn 11-23-2003 06:20 PM

what?

Bansheelinks 11-23-2003 06:24 PM

What are you saying what to Oracle? What bukkake is or the extrme associates being charged by the feds?

MattO 11-23-2003 06:31 PM

shit, I guess I better return these poodles

MuleScrote 11-23-2003 06:32 PM

I watched that tonight too, pretty interesting.

Welcome to last year.

Bansheelinks 11-23-2003 06:42 PM

Well its going to be really tough to enforce their "community standars" on internet websites..........good lawyering will argue that these sites are global in nature.........

but no doubt these modern era religious zealots will still try and bankrupt webmasters and certain programs..........

will this obscenity labelling find its way to simu-rape sites? probably so those webmasters running that type of stuff must be grabbing their balls........

and where does this stop? what about bdsm? thats a huge niche.........what will be considered obscene by these zealots? tying ppl up?

I'll bet extreme associates wins in the end, but the cost of defending themselves is what this gov't wants to really extract

apparently those statues get him so hot he had to cover them up to stop him trying to rape them.

gornyhuy 11-23-2003 07:06 PM

VOTE!

with a bullet.

Bansheelinks 11-23-2003 07:20 PM

Porn becoming mainstream in America:

Phase 1: The VCR

Phase 2: Satellite TV, moreso the tinier dishes than C-Band technology

&

More importantly and far more extensive:

Phase 3: The Internet

The bottom line of what it means to politicians.........it means VOTES

The VCR and the Net are only symptomatic of what Americans have wanted ALL ALONG...........and that is PORN. The fact that these vehicles can deliver it to them with privacy is the means of their success.

People have wanted to see what we give them all along. And its not sick people, its everyday people. Its what they want to see and the internet proves this.

Over the last 10 years especially, porn has moved right into the mainstream and to some extent, taken over. And the mainstream votes. Even the Republicans know this which is why that witchunter in Asshead's dept. backed off. She only wants to make an example of what is termed "extreme porn." That may be easy to prosecute through mailing systems laws due to "community standards" but it will be incredibly difficult to do so due to the internet, and internet sites.

Try arguing "community standards" this way.........it will be tough. I think its why we haven't seen a widespread persecution of internet porn sites as of yet........and I mean thousands of sites being prosecuted. If a guy will cover up a statue, we know his real desire would be to prosecute all of this, or even settle for prosecuting the more extreme sites. And it hasn't been done yet.

Maybe there are a lot of blanks in their guns in their religious war on porn. Or maybe they don't want to piss off voters.

Yes, it does look good.... But it's highly inspired by the Qmov.com design.

Matt_WildCash 11-24-2003 12:52 AM

Thanks Eve, I designed Fuckherthroat myself. We will have designers do our other new sites from now on. :) My skills are kinda limited but I think the movie content is shown off pretty well on our first site. Its more about the movies than the design.

btw there is nothing wrong with a little inspiration when creating something new.

I think you don't have anything to worry about with that one...........and you use Paycom and CCBill......

It'd be nice if they clarified what the hell is extreme.........but I guess the courts will.........if they can't get Extreme Associates, it will be a free for all basically

That is there free ticket. No guidelines or written standards to what is considered extreme. They get to decide themselves on a case to case basis.

This was announced a while ago. Its going to be interesting to see how it unfolds.

Bansheelinks 11-24-2003 06:03 PM

Or Ash-hole..........

but anybody has a problem with the Lady Justice statue, which is a work of art, and has to hang drapes in front of it, has some serious issues, be they religious or whatever.......

can you imagine how he runs that dept., the things he must say to his underlings?

wonder if he starts off meetings with a prayer? think I am kidding? I'm not.
