whats the best script/language/whatever to learn these days? which will be used the most for things such as submitting forms...keeping usernames passwords...all that kind of stuff...but especially i'm specifically trying to create one of those rateapic sites but with more...like a mini online community...but whats the best html-type language to learn for all that technical stuff?
