Patent Law & Litigation 101 - ARS Radio X
Hey guys - I wanted to drop a quick note and let everyone know that this coming Tuesday, 11/25/2003 6:00pm EST @ http://www.arsradiox.com we will have a Question & Answer regarding Patent Law & Ligitation with a panel of 3 IP lawyers.
The purpose of this show will be to help give a basic education about Patent Law & Litigation. We will not cover any specific lawsuits in this Q&A. The more educated we as a community are in these matters, the better decisions we can make and the less likely we will be 'bullied' around by people who feel we're an easy target. This is a MUST hear show and we invite EVERYBODY to attend. The material covered here is worth a TON - We'll be covering the exact same topics and questions that I've asked of my IP lawyers. Best of all, its absolutely FREE!! Again I look forward to seeing everyone there. http://www.arsradiox.com Tuesday Nov. 25 2003 6:00pm EST Don't be left in the dark and don't be late. |
BTW, I didn't post this for publicity, I posted this for the good of our industry. Lets do what we can to keep this thread near the top so everyone can see it and make the show. I have a feeling this will be the highest attended radio show (at least I hope that many ears get to hear it).

I'll be tuning in for sure Marc

Just trying to keep it near the top! :)
I guess I'll have to start some controversial thread to get the views. This is some MAJORLY important stuff! |
good stuff marc :thumbsup
|
Bump :thumbsup
|
sounds cool marc :)
lets keep this thread well visible... |
yep, sounds really nice:thumbsup
|
Great show..looking forward to listening. :thumbsup
BTW, can you list the names of these 3 "leading IP attorneys"? It would be good to know their background and any relations with Acacia given who they are and what firm they are a part of. If you can list the names, i can do the research. Fight the Hidden Agendas! |
Remember - this isn't Acacia specific ;) However, it OBVIOUSLY applies ;)
I plan on posting the names of the lawyers AND the firm they work for. Unfortunately, I have neither of those 2 things in front of me. As soon as I do I'll be posting them! |
Excellent :thumbsup
