how can a gallery template be exclusive? there are only so many different way to design a gallery.

Really good templates can be several hours of work. Is several hours of free design work worth it to you, thinking about it in those terms?

It would definately depend on the template looks and the designers skills to design I would bet, so it could be worth it I guess and it could not be worth it, I have not seen any of his work :thumbsup

Regardless of how good or bad the template is, you're gonna make money.
He's asking you to signup for a program and send them two sales. You're gonna get paid for those two sales, so what do you have to lose?

I'm thinking a lot of people here will have to hire a designer to make a gallery template before they'll be able to get the two sales needed for a free template from Oracle.
