Froogle

As it's still apparently very beta so has anyone used it and gotten results from it? I have a couple of sites accpeted but it'll be a shit load of work for someone entering the data into a format froogle likes. I'm wondering if it's worth the effort.

Just a lot of data to enter is all as it's nowhere close to the carts format. Still, once done it'll be easy to keep updated.

Do you get any sales from Froogle?

OSCommerce. I tried a couple of commercial carts and another free one and this beats them hands down. If it doesn't do it someone will have written a module that does :D

Even if I tried to automate the DB thing which should be more than possible it still means manually adding the correct cat. to around 1000 items. Oh well - only gotta do it once.

Oh and yep to the SE traffic. The main reason I was still considering it. Every little helps :)

I use xcart and you just need to modify the export feature to get it into a froogle format I am sure some programmer can do it for you
