You think a Big company would risk something like that, without all the proper paper work to prove the models ages? Statements likes these can lead to serious legal troubles, I would think.

LightSpeed is one of the best companies, I have always been paid on time, and have great ratios with them. I also know, that everyone of the Models is 18 or older...

I haven't seen the banner in a while, so I'm not sure the context it's used in...but there are both Fair Use and Parody laws. Not to mention several lawsuits setting precedence - namely several including the Beastie Boys - as far as sampling is concerned.

There is a huge difference between taking a 5-10 second clip, and using the entire song for commercial gain. In this instance, I don't think it's being used for commercial gain, and falls under some of the categories above.

I worked with a large online music provider for a while, and I know we could use up to 10 second clips without any sort of licensing agreement.
