I've cured my sleeping problems
 

For ages I was finding it hard to get a good nights sleep. But now I have no problem sleeping like a baby. And the reason is.

I just stopped drinking tea or coffee in the afternoon. That simple really.

Bet some here thought this was going to be more exciting.
