would like to hear from anyone who used/is using them.

how's their support, any downtime, etc...

i use unitedcolo which is now part of sagonet.

if you're on a budget, then it's good value for money.

but, there support is crap, and my box has been offline on numerous occasions for god knows why - no planned downtime, no warning/appology emails.

i'd look elsewhere.
