You should allow people to telecommute.

We have tried in the past, it doesn't work out for us. The ability to work as a team and learn from each other works better in an office setting.

You cant expect someone to move for a part time job.

I can make a site more profitable and I don't know DreamWeaver or Photoshop.

Oh yea, I can't move either.

Or have a job.

That is all

I agree, but if someone is in Tucson or is looking for an excuse we are providing one.

A month too late, I would have considered it...but alas I've moved further west again...

I'm sure you'll find someone decent but I'd clearly run ads locally, relocating for a part time 'maybe' full time later is a bit much for most people I'm imagining...

I am sorry to here you moved. I did not have a way of contacting you directly, lost you number. I hope all is well.

Still looking for a Tucson based person who wants an opportunity.

Gemini 11-23-2003 07:38 PM

P-B... yopu might try hitting the local colleges and community colleges. Print up some flyers with the phone number at the bottom as tear offs. (I'm sure you know what I mean)... drop by the schools with a crisp 50 and hit some girl to hang a flyer on every bulletin board on campus.

There are always one or two kids that have all sorts of skills looking for some work. And you'd be getting a fresh eye from a younger guy or girls view... well once you wade thru the calls.

Some of the architectural etc firms here do that and really benefit from the interaction. I don't see why it wouldn't work there in a different industry.

Sounds interesting. What are some of these domains you have that you want to make more money with?

Seems like a newsaper ad would work great. But if you are looking for webmasters, then you are at right place, but if you are looking for someone, that will listen, I'm afraid it's wrong place.

LOL, you are probably correct however our last full time hire came from an offer based on this board and that has been a wonderful thing.
