suggestions on a one time 900 biller?

Is there anyone who offers one time 900 billing besides iBill?
Not some 4.99/min per minute dialer or whatever I want to offer memberships thru a one time charge via phone

I can't deal with iBill , too many horror stories

Please post anyone else who can offer this service and what kind of experience you have had with them.

I see Nasty Dollars are using this solution (http://gx900.com ) as their US 900 billing option.... I have been getting credits on sales so they must be doing something right. Looks like they can customize the pages for the pay sites too.
