I get 5/10.
My partner gets only 2/10.

2/10 does not seem right as I have lot of links back to my site:

WTF, can you post a screenshot? Apparantly, PR is not stable.

I thought it may have something to do with www, but after I deleted www, you got 0.

http://dailymovies.biz/ has 0/10, which I understand as the "www." is missing and nobody links to it, but http://www.dailymovies.biz/ should be 5/10.

When you see your PR changing, that usually means google is updating the PR rank of your site. Everytime you or someone else hits your page to find out the PR of your site, they hit different servers.

Your site is either dropping to a 2/10 or going to a 5/10

What is this?

You make a small change in your hosts file to grab PR from a different (and in theory more recently updated) server. When it works it usually means you can see your new PR a few days earlier.
