there is any big multiple tgp that wouls let me know use they galleries on my tgp?

Why not email some or the webmasters with example galleries? Usually they'll give you a partner account if you are a webmaster that can be respected.

i don't want to submit galleries... i want to make a multiple tgp and i don't have galleries.. wondering if some tgp let me use they links on my tgp

Just email some of the tgp's you like most and ask the owners if you can use some of the links from their page each day... Keep mailing until you have a few tgp sites that say its ok and go from there. ;-)
