Depends on which tv it is. No one but me in my office. Usually my 19 year old on the big screen and the two boys battle over the one downstairs.

If I have no remote, I walk away and just don't watch. Because god dammit if she gots it, then we're watching figure skating.

No matter what time of year she'll find an ice skating competition on somewhere.

whoever was sitting in front of the TV first gets the remote...but general rule is if the parent walkS in and one of the kids has the remote... he/she gives it up no questions asked...
