Jacko - a personal commentary...

Micheal Jackson will turn himself into authorities in Santa Barbara on Thursday, a CNN source says, with an arrest warrant out on him on the charge of "lewd or lascivious contact" with a child younger than 14. If convicted Micheal Jackson will face a minimum of 3 years in prison and up to 8 years for each count if convicted.

Maybe you don't care or maybe you do. Perhaps you are like me, while not suprised at this charge, wondering WHAT THE HELL TOOK SO LONG FOR THIS TO HAPPEN?

That is not to say I am 100% certain he is guilty nor am I about to debate it. But let's face it people: he's rich, he's got a bad history, and and he hangs around a lot of kids. Hello??? McFly??? What did he expect was going to happen eventually? (Which, by the way, has already happened. He settled similar cases and part of the deal of at least one was a gag order; we will likely never know the whole story on that saga). This is a guy that has said on NATIONAL TV he has children stay over on a regular basis overnight and unnattended. A guy that buys a zoo just for them. A guy that likes to ride in choo-choos and has his own private theme park. A guy that is so fearful of the press exploiting his children he makes them wear masks out whenever in public.

In a related story, at the time of the Santa Barbara announcement, the King of Pop was in Las Vegas shooting a video for the song "One More Chance." Really? ONE more? Eh-hem...

And people let thier kids hang out with him??? Never mind the whole child molestation charge, the guy is - ok you get it.

No it doesn't suprise me he's getting charged. What does suprise me is the fact that the government of Cul-eee-forn-ee-yaaaaah will actually be civil enough to a suspected child molester, a man who poses a clear flight risk, who exhibits psychological imbalance, to come in to surrender on his own accord on his own schedule. Anyone remember Roman Polansky? And in comparison, Polansky was PEANUTS compared to Jackson (who is just a plain other kind of nut. Shut up).

What also suprises me is that after he dangled his own infant son over a hotel balcony (come on, how stupid do you think we are that you can tell us you DON'T use drugs Mike) people, while shocked, still did nothing to the man. And that whole thing was VIDEOTAPED. What civil serviceman in thier right mind wouldn't arrest a man for doing that? Anyone here wanna bet they wouldn't get arrested for the same thing?

Anyone?

No?

Me either. But I digress.

I wonder who of Micheal Jackson's purported friends will step up in support of him. I can see Britney Spears now, in the second row behind the defendant wearing a halter top and Gucci sunglasses standing up in the middle of the proceedings yelling "Who would think Micheal Jackson of ALL PEOPLE would DO such a thing! Go after the REAL EVIL! ... Kobe!" as she shows some side cleavage to the jury.

Yeah, sure monkey man. They'll be right there for ya...

... Yeah sure, and you're the Artist of the Millenium too. Idiot.

I said it somewhere else...
This is a money hungry thing. Trust me, he says unattended, but there is always someone somewhere.

I've been to Neverland Ranch, there is NO place you can go and not be near security guards, servants, zoo keepers, firemen, assistants....

There is always someone.

As I stated, I'm not saying he's guilty. I'm saying he is stupid to think he wouldn't get charged with this.
