If you just want BULK galleries, try submitting your submit info and parameters to Russian Submitter, TGSW, GASS, Advanced Submitter, and other software-based submission software outfits.:2 cents:

you can submit your site to the auto submitters like chameleon, russiansubmitter, etc. But get ready to chop a few in a way or another so that AUTO submissions don't all come trough.

A good way people use is a random generated image with a code that the webmaster must retype in the form. There's other way around that, like multi-pages submission process.

Do a mix of submitted galleries and free hosted galleries..

Ask for trades and submissions on the boards..

Ask for submit page link trades. Or offer partner accounts, and ask TGPs with partner accounts to let their submit partner know about your offer. I have about 1000 submit partners - I am sure that 300 or so would be happy to find yet another traffic source.
