They must have sufficient evidence to issue the arrest warrant and set bond at such a high amount. Me, being a nurse and a compassionate person, would "normally" say this guy needs help with his issues and I hope he gets the needed help, even if it's spending a very long time in prison, BUT I am of the very firm belief that sex offenders can not be rehabilitated. The best thing is to keep them locked up and away from kids because they will always re-offend given enough time and given the chance. I know this from personal experience and this is one group of people who can not be productive members of society.

LOL, no actually if this does make it to trial he has a right to a defense, etc. etc. etc. And he should be thought of as innocent till' proven guilty. I have a tough time with sex offenders, though he hasn't been "proven" one...yet. My belief's are...once a sex offender, always a sex offender. They can't be rehabilitated, etc. Society needs to put sex offenders in a place where they can't re-offend again, but unfortunately that doesn't happen. A lot of times an ankle bracelet is slapped on them and they are forgotten. Or they are released from prison, only to go and re-offend again. Sex offenders are a different breed and I sincerely hope that Michael is able to prove these charges to be false. Time will tell though...

Hell these days nothing is innocent anymore. For instance, I like kids (shit I even feel as if I'm saying something wrong with this innocent 'I like kids' damn). I am popular among my neighbor's kids cos I'm nice with them and I let them play with my dogs but my wife keeps reminding me to be extremely careful not to even let any of those kids come anywhere near me in order for me to not give any parent any excuse "whatsoever" to call me "MJ" and sue for free money. And I tell you it's very hard to explain (give excuse that is) to those kids why they should keep a distance with me. So I believe MJ's innocent just that he didn't have a wife that warned him over & over. He should've cut it out already no matter how innocent his relation with those kids were. His stupidity invited the trouble. I believe people would even travel 1000s miles just to set him up. Think about it.. anyone that settles with him is set for life.. far better than even winning lottery!
