They have to do it for you they are managed hosting....just submit a ticket. I used to have an account with them.

dude, get a host with control panel for every account.. there is no fucking need to deal with this ticketing bull shit for such silly crap like subdomains..... subdomains are created in a snap... 5 sec and it's all done ..
