emails how to?

I want to send ads to targeted emails, where do I get the emails and who/how do I send out the 1,000 or more emails in a short amount of time... legally...

Yeah... thought about it, but then I might want to send out 10,000 emails and hotmail is only going to allow me about 15-20 people per message, and then I have to delete the sent box every now and then... there will be graphics so I think I would fill up the account rather quickly...

I need something akin to a gatling gun for emails...
