Goals count equally, unless an equal total amount is made, in which case goals made in the other country count more.

If Holland wins 3-1, they'll win the whole affair 3-2 on aggregate which is enough. It's a knock-out thing - if it ends 1-0 for Holland there will be a penalty shoot-out.

Northern Ireland actually have a few good technical players,
like: Damien Duff, Robbie Keane. I can probaly name a few more if I just look harder.

But I do agree the fotball they and Norway play, is fucking boring.
Norway don't deserve to qualify, Spain outplayed them and should have won with several goals in Spain.

I beg to differ. I'd rather see a good 3-3 match than a boring 1-0 defensive match. Football is ALSO about how many people bother to watch the match at home.
