Is this legal?
This is entertainment, just like watching someone smoking pot in a major motion picture. Half Baked, Friday, South Park, Cheech and Chong films, etc. If this were an issue, they would be arresting everyone in every movie, ever made, that smoked, supposed Marijuana on film. Along with all of the millions of people in millions of publications, worldwide, smoking Weed in pictures. Time Magazine, Rolling Stone, The Washington Post and many more, would be shut down as well. It is impossible to prove what the substance in the pictures are. You cannot get a THC sample from a photo. They could be legal alternatives...;)
