Why spoof them? Mine wasn't addressed to me, it was just a general sales letter. There isn't any law saying I can't put it in an envelope and re-send it to the M$ legal department.

I'm sure someone can spare or donate some.

Maybe someone should gather them and then send them all out to all large companies?
