AIM warning level ?

Today I woke up and found my aim at 80% warning level, the funny thing is, it saying that anonymous user has warned you, is there a bug in trillion ? or new exploit ? That people can just warn you without you answering to them? Anyone else experiencing same issues? :feels-hot
