I saw that movie last night and I'll have to say, it was one of the best movies that I've seen in a looooong time. If you're looking for a great flick, definately check it out.

The detail was amazing in it and it gave a good idea what it was like back then in the war at sea.

What do the rest of you think about it ???

that's my next ticket in line. eventhough i haven't watched yet Revolutions, im sure it will be more fun watchin this movie. great reviews and ratings i heard so far. :)

I thought it sucked beyond belief. The wife dozed off during half of it and I wasn't far behind.

It just never connected with the audience.

The production values were great, but it just never rose to the occasion. If you compare it to his other movies like "Gladiator" or "A Beautiful Mind" it becomes obvious what a dog this movie is.

I have studied and read quite a bit about naval warfare in that period, and this movie was amazingly accurate and authentic in even the smallest details. Definitely great flick!
