Somebody is trying to tell me that legally they can process everybody as a whole?!

Some old lawyer told me not to worry. But this law school sharp kid says otherwise.

There is no way you can process a group of people in a court of law.. We have to be served a legal summons.

They could *file* on hundreds at the same time (I imagine the court would set some limits there for a how many at a time). But each would have to be served seperately I should think. There is no way they could serve one person in one state and expect it to include someone else unless the two people were co-owners or something like that. I'm not even sure they could do that.

Good question for a lawyer. Who knows what they have up their sleeves. They no doubt have learned from the vchip screwup, and learned even more from their combimatr*x infringement. lol

Anyone NOT writing their congress people about patching up a legal loophole to take money without some sort of due process should be whipped or at least tickled until they pass out. :1orglaugh
