on the off chance that you are actually a new webmaster and not some troll the best way to find out how to put a banner on your page would be do a search on an engine such as http://www.google.com or perhaps going to one of the 'friendlier' resource sites like www.tomsnewbiebooster.com or www.cozycampus.com
