I think it's more then worth it Space Puppy hon. Networking is the only way that some will ever get to know anything about you or what type of business person you are. Sure you might say they know you from posting here on boards.. But there are some that are quite different in person then what they make themselves out to be online.

Plus it's easier to trust someone after you've met them..
It just makes total networking sense if you think about it! hehe
