what are the legalities?... ie using someone famous' name in your spider food.

no nude pics or defamation just spider food to send to affiliate programs...

... thank for that statement. not to piss you off, but I really meant the above. all they do is sending you a c&d letter ... you remove the keywords ... done.

... but yes, from the legal point of view my advice pretty much sucks.
