When you have to delete hundreds of spams a day from your mainstream business emails despite using anti-spam measures, there is a problem. :2 cents:

true but it takes me longer to open junk postal mail each day to make sure its not a bill for my business.. and if one more person calls me "on behalf of AT&T"... :321GFY

no doubt, but I have NO anti-junk mail or anti-phone solicitor measures in place, and neither of those channels have been all but debilitated by an influx of garbage.

You just arent on the right lists yet. I bet you dont give out your phone number or address as often as you do your email address.

Thank goodness you're not on MCI's list of daily calls....three and four times a day, in spite of a 'do not call'....on three different phone numbers....did I mention we're on a 'do not call'?

MCI is really pissing us off.

Not to mention their prices and service is the worst in the US.

Buy a whistle and keep it ready next to the phone.

I get 500 spam emails a day or more. It never bothered me... Takes a few seconds to delete it all. It's way less annoying than 10 junk postal mails (especially when it fills up a PO Box) or fuckin AT&T and MCI calling my house 5 or 6 times a day, like they did for a year straight. I was afraid to answer any caller IDs from out of area or "unknown" because of those assholes. I feel bad telemarketers are only trying to make a living, but the company as a whole doesn't need to waste my time on the phone 5 or 6 times a day for the same exact thing over and over. Perhaps if they were more organized about which numbers they called and how often, it wouldn't be so bad.

Spamming; it looks like it's all the same thing, but it's not... it's dozens of different people all selling similiar things and personally I'd never mail the same email address more than once a week :1orglaugh
