FTAA protesters in Miami
Great.....the fricken' FTAA protesters will be marching right past where I live tomorrow morning...
________________________________________________ Protestors against the FTAA summit will march through Dade County on the morning of Tuesday, November 18th, causing brief disruptions to traffic along Biscayne Boulevard in North Miami. Their march will begin in south Broward on Tuesday morning, continuing south along Biscayne Boulevard all the way into downtown Miami. The marchers are expected to reach the North Miami section of Biscayne Boulevard at about 9:00 am. They will make a brief (15-30 minute) rest stop at the Enchanted Forest park before continuing south. Permits have been applied for and granted. ________________________________________________ The park where they will be stopping is 100 yards from my house, so I'm going to have to leave for the offiice REALLY early, or just do this from home. PLUS I have a friend who has a cell phone store downtown right in the area that the major protests will be. He wants me to come down and back him up..........he only has one shotgun, so I'm bringing him another one and a bunch of pepper spray. Those asshole will NOT be busting up HIS store. Meanwhile the Miami PD has already confiscate tens of thousands of CUE BALLS and slingshots for firing them. If they start firing cue balls around, we are going to consider that use of deadly force and we will defend ourselves!:ak47: :BangBang: |
so let me see if i understand you...
these people have been given a legal permit for their demonstration as per the constitution of the united states and you want to break the law and invalidate the constitution because you don't agree with the protesters or because you're second guessing that there *may* be incidents? |
What's the FTAA? And has there been history of riots during their protests in the past?
|
You can protest all you want, as long as you don't break someone's else property.

Can you imagine what would happen to your head if you are hit by a cue ball shot from a sling shot? "second guessing"? I think not. |

Does no one remember what happened in Seattle and Mexico? |

Actually, I LOVE N maimi. It's quiet and peaceful and nice (living on the water especially), it's right inbetween downtown/south beach and ft lauderdale, and it still has a nice mix of all the cultures. Fort Lauderdale is great, but it's a little too segregated into white people/latins/everyone else. I like having Miami close by where everybody is mixed in together. |

Fuck yeh I'd be pissed as hell if they were coming to my neighborhood. Does this type of "demonstration" need a permit? |

unemployed trouble makers.
If the police would crack a few skulls when the violence starts, they'd stop with the bullshit. |
KKK rallies are more peaceful than those riots. Haha.

I wonder if damages and other crimes caused by this possible riot could be classified as hate crimes? Hmm...

Seattle (Washington) and Mexico have gun laws. Florida does not. Why anyone would waste their time taking slingshots and cueballs is beyond me. If they are looking to cause true carnage they are probably already on top of acquiring the ammo. |

BTW, Washington state is a right-to-carry state also, just like Florida, and in Washington you don't need to be a resident, just show up at a police station with your forms filled out, certificates of training (or a dd214) and your payment. It's actually easier to carry in Washington state then it is in Florida |

Why would they fuck with your fucking house? your not Mcdonalds paying their neo slaves for slave labor. Your not the gap, your not big oil taking over iraq, you don't send American troops to kill for money and inslave the captured - maybe indirectly but not directly you have nothing to worry about!.:thumbsup

Yup, that's what we decided to load. Still have to be careful not to shoot anyone in the face though..........either way, it's only if they start damaging his cell phone store or threatening us, and if that happens......f@#% em' |

and BTW, when you smash up someone's Mcdonalds, you are smashing up someones private business....or don't you know what the word "franchise" means? (I worked in a Mcdonalds when I was a kid, and I was nobodies "neo slave". When I didn't want to work there anymore....I quit.) |
