Las Vegas Webmasters

Hi @ll

i was just looking for some nice houses in the florida and nevada area.....of course i got also to LV ;)
Very nice area there....but now let me ask some of you:

How is the life there and why would you recommend Las Vegas ?

I live now on the canary islands but i need some more adventures. ;)

Well, for one, the weather is good. Hot and dry. :D

Also, prices for houses are real cheap right now, and Real Estate here is only going up.

Is it the whole year warm? oh and are these houses, what i can rent there on the webpages furnished?

Ludedude 11-17-2003 11:48 AM

Vegas rocks. No humidity, sunshine over 300 days a year, prices are reasonable compared to other large metro areas (we came from NY so it's dirt cheap out here).

I've been here a little over a year and am ready to get out. Vegas loses its fun after awhile...

I think its almost everywhere like this....nothing is forever. I just need a little bit something else. I was not one time in the US and i think for me its a bit more crazy than for you guys&girls ;)

I just need it warm and a good internet connection and a nice clean area, thats it. When i saw the offers on the net i said: Thats it !!!! Nice houses, also inside very nice made.....

Exactly! :)

Vegas is the most god awful ugly city I've ever lived in.

It's nothing but a huge dust bowl.

You can't even leave the windows open *hell it doesn't matter* because then everything is covered in dirt.

There is hardly any grass, hardly any trees so the town looks like one huge white trash trailer park.

You can find cheaper houses and property elsewhere in cities that are far more beautiful.

If you think it's a life of partying and gambling...no it's not...it's just life.

Before you know it you'll be back into your regular routine and the strip is something you make sure to avoid especially during summer because it's just too fucking crowded.

Now regarding the "sunshine." ROFL it's FUCKING HOT!

It's oppressive it's so hot. You don't want to do shit but stay inside and enjoy the A/C.

So just find a place you'll enjoy living in that has more to offer than just partying and visit Vegas on occassion to blow off steam.

I am not a party fan........i just want to live somewhere else.....but its good to hear 2 different point of views.
What place would you recommend?
What about Hollywood?

Well if you're not about partying etc...then there's no real benefit from moving to Vegas other than Taxes...which you can always still set up a corp here and use a resident agent while living elsewhere.

If you're referring to Hollywood Florida I couldn't really give my comments on that..however I love the beach communities of Southern California and it is my goal to move back there :)

BigPinPin 11-17-2003 01:11 PM

ok ok ok...then lets talk about hollywood.....someone from this area around?
