I appreciate you offering TTT, are you offering the new Nitro version? It is a greatly improved version.

However, it might be a good idea to let the tgps's that choose to use Cjoverkill to know that they will be blacklisted in Findtrades if they use that script. I am making serious changes to findtrades database in expectation of allowing more scripts to quiery it. Findtrades is the single most used blacklist database there is, and soon it will be expanded big time. Sites really do not want to be on this blacklist. Like me or not this database has done more to stop cheaters than any effort of anyone as long as I have been around.

Say again? This has been up my ass for some time now. Use that script and you will get fucked. It's that simple. Get on the blacklist and try to signup to trade at a few tgps. Watch all the "You are blacklisted" responses you will get. After TTT is coded in C using binaries, it will compete with the big C scripts, yet will be free other than the 1% it takes. Using FT is well worth that 1%. Think big tgps will use TTT then? I think so. So once again use that stolen version of TTT and you will be fucked. Period. Don't like it too fucking bad. Literally every trade script coder has asked me to let thier trade script quiery findtrades and block blacklisted TGPs. I have until now said no to them all. But this may change.

Choker, that'd be great if your blacklisted trades database was shared by the other trade scripts. Would make leaving the trade join form open much safer.

For the record, I (being the author, owner, copyright holder and general Finger of God, when it comes to Comus) do not endorse this offer, am not associated with, do not want to be associated with, nor will I be associated with any of it.

A server licence is for your personal use, not to undercut me, and represent yourself using the good will that I've taken considerable time, effort and expense to build.

You probably dont even understand the punitive damage done. You've undermined my ability to sell my product, tarnished my reputation through association, and hurt important relationships which are critical to my business. And now I find myself being taxed further as I try to repair the situation, taking valuable time, and retarding the further development of my product and service.

Its basically theft.

All I can say, for those interested, Comus Thumbs is built on the principles of Truth and a dedication to Service and Excellence. We expect the same of our partners and those who work with us, and will accept nothing less.

I've just been way too busy with my own personal hell to deal with this, but it is time to cease and desist, find yourself another script supplier, talk to an attorney or whatever, but it has to end.

There can be no negotiation on this.

I'll state again so I am clear, a server licence is NOT a reseller agreement. It does not convey the right to develop derivitive products nor does it imply a transfer of ownership such that you can repackage and compete with our business.

It does give you the right to personally operate as many sites as you can dump on your server, that belong to you.

I understand how there might be some confusion.

If this is contrary to what you were led to believe, then perhaps we need to be arranging a refund, and annulment of this agreement.

For reasons such as this, I would also like to formally notify everyone, the Comus Thumbs Server Licence will be discontinued within 14 days. I will honor the server licence agreement to all existing customers, but after the next 14 days, it will be available on a per domain basis only.
