How often do you format?
 

your computer? I get so much freakin spyware it sometimes gets unbearable.. I run adware several times a day, when i boot up i ctrl+alt+del and remove alot of programs that are running.. i delete them and find them in my computer and delete them completly.. but i still get all sorts of problems..

Is formating the only way to just fix this?

Never

rarely format, use a program called hiijack, it done the job for me with a spyware toolbar, it might help you
