What are your thoughts on this? Coincidence?

With the US trying it's best to bail on Iraq, I would really think that Saddam may have a chance of regaining power if they don't kill him before they get out.

I haven't seen mention of this tape on cnn yet. I watched about 10 mins earlier of general news headlines. Seems strange they wouldn't mention it.
