Who to report CP to?

Does anyone have an email address etc for OBVIOUS cp complaints to get sent to? I almost threw up... need to report this site.

ASACP says not to report them to their host or billing co. ... if applicable..

They want to have time to investigate them and they can't do that if their host shuts em down..
