That is true only within your economic region. If cost of living is $10 per day, then someone will gladly take $20 for a job.

little do u knwo but soem of the major design companies have russians and other less well off countries hired. they are very good designers and the wage is less there so they pay them less. just because you are paying a company a bulk sum doesnt mean that its going to the designer.
