CHAPTER 272. CRIMES AGAINST CHASTITY, MORALITY, DECENCY AND GOOD ORDER

Chapter 272: Section 14 Adultery

Section 14. A married person who has sexual intercourse with a person not his spouse or an unmarried person who has sexual intercourse with a married person shall be guilty of adultery and shall be punished by imprisonment in the state prison for not more than three years or in jail for not more than two years or by a fine of not more than five hundred dollars.

Thats not very enforced, everyone fucks everything in this state. Married, single, dead, crippled, it doesnt matter, theres no morals.

I think in the late 80's they had some arrests for adultery in CT. I believe they ended up taking that law off the books in CT, though.

Was very dumb. Total waste of time and money.

I think it is illegal in every state...the real question is why where you looking up that law, do you have something you would like to share with us?
