N Korea 'may scrap nuclear plans'
 

North Korea has said it will consider US President George W Bush's offer of a written security guarantee from the United States and North Korea's neighbours.

apparently they already have nuclear weapons...how many do they need to wipe America off the earth? I think if we are attacked by nuclear weapons it will come from some country that is totally unexpected.

Yes true, North Korea probably wouldn't fire them at the US, but who knows. The biggest worry is that North Korea starts selling these nukes to every damn idiot arab country that want them. Soon nukes can very easily get in the hands of very very bad people and you think 2 planes hitting a building was bad, what about a nuke detonated off the coast of one of USA's biggest cities. They have people who are willing to sit there and blow up with the bomb so the only thing they need is THE NUKE and there away. North Korea is the only country so far that has the capability to screw up the whole world with these kind of weapons, usually big countries get them and keep em to themselfs.

interesting theory. I tend to believe that any country with any nuclear weapons has the capability to screw up the whole world. "Big" countries scare me just as much as little ones...how do you think Korea got the knowledge to make nuclear weapons anyway?

In my opinion, every country should have nukes. They'll either have to tolerate each other or wipe themselves out of the face of the earth.
